• A CD copy of Entry Form
• A signed declaration and indemnity in the Entry Form relating to:
  • Having the intellectual property rights of the products / services / marketing campaign mentioned in the application
  • Authorizing the Organizer the right of legal use of associated intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks or patents) and licenses of the submitted entry; or the authorization of being the proper representative of the submitted entry;
  • Authorizing the Organizer the right to use the submitted entry in any way related to the "Hong Kong ICT Awards 2007" and its activities;
