Rules & Regulation   All entries to "Mobile Enterprise Solution" or "Mobile Infotainment Application" award streams shall be relevant to "development and / or adoption of mobile and wireless technology" or "deployed through mobile and wireless means" All entries to "Digital Media Marketing Campaign" shall be relevant to the deployment of Internet, mobile or wireless technology / application in the marketing campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to retain all data submitted by the entrants. Any information supplied by an entrant is not returnable. Under no circumstance will the Organizer be required to compensate for any damages in or loss of the work and/or video submitted by the entrants. Each entrant grants the permission to the Organizer to use all entries of the entrant or any part thereof, excluding personal data, for all purposes relating to the "Hong Kong ICT Awards 2007" and its activities including but not limited to the publication and exhibition of the entries. Short-listed entrants have an obligation to participate in the promotional activities arranged by the Organizer in relation to the Awards. Staff members of the Organizer and their family members will not be eligible to submit entry for taking part in the Awards. The Organizer reserves the right to decline or cancel any application; all results should be subject to decision of Judging Panel The Organizer reserves the right of not awarding any of the prizes if no winner is considered eligible. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any part of the Awards due to any unforeseeable circumstances. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations if necessary, without any notification in advance.
